Dr. Frank recommends CSU move forward with the on-campus stadium; must raise half the cost before breaking ground | October 1, 2012
CSU President Dr. Tony Frank announced in a letter today that he will formally recommend to the Board of Governors Thursday that Colorado State University move forward with plans for an on-campus stadium.
