2005 Awards and Rankings: Top 65 Rankings

Return to Ranking & Awards History Homepage
2005 Trivia
2005 Specialty Awards
2005 Rankings
2005 Hall of Fame

The 2005 Top 65 Rankings and Honorable Mention posters are now here. We will count down backwards from No. 25 to No. 1, and then list the Others Receiving Votes (the next-best 40 posters) and Honorable Mention Listing. Each member of the Top 65 will receive individual icons honoring their standing on the website. These icons will be designated in the near future. This year's Top 25 has taken on a considerable new look due to nine newcomers cracking this year's rankings. Of course that means nine members of last year's Top 25 have dropped out.

The rankings follow. Enjoy.

=====================

Top 25

25. nateDiggsCSU--It's not hard to come by spirited students who care about CSU athletics. But it is hard to find students who are passionate for CSU, and willing to spend a significant amount of time on an Internet message board. Not only does Nate spend time here, but he spends quality time, becoming one of our most frequent visitors this year. For a student, he's also well respected and wise beyond his years. He's opinionated, knowledgeable and witty all in one. He also coordinated one of the more significant events of the year for RamNation when he organized a poker night fundraiser for the Trae Pepper Memorial fund. Nate has actually been around the site for a few years, but really stepped up to be a significant contributor this year. He was listed as the third-best student poster in 2004 and earned runner-up honors this year. It is the first time, however, that he's been listed in the rankings in any capacity.

24. Inverted Ram--The former Shenky, Inverted Ram came on with a fury in 2004-05. Barely cracking the Top 65 last year (came in at No. 64), Shenky changed his handle and changed his posting habits. In fact, in 2004-05, his post count rivaled what former No. 1 JoeyB's numbers were in 2003-04. That's a lot of posting. Certainly frequency helped his cause, but he also was a solid, opinionated poster, who also dwelled daily on the General Discussion Board. He'll call them like he sees them…and it sometimes draws the ire of opposing fans, as well as Ram fans. But, having a take is what the site is all about. He also deserves major extra credit points for his unwavering efforts to raise money for his friend Trae Pepper, who passed away from liver cancer last spring. This is Inverted's first appearance in the Top 25.

23. Ramfucious--'Fucious is another one of many posters who changed his username this year. The former "praisesonny", who finished No. 23 last year and No. 51 in 2003, cracks the top 25 for the second straight season, strongly on the merit that he has excellent arguments and likes to engage in heated debates. Forget his abilities to post well on the Athletics Board…it's the General Discussion board where Ramfucious really makes his mark. The staunch Republican took top honors for the Best General Discussion Board Poster award this year, which likely drew some groans from his detractors. But, these awards aren't about whose opinions are correct, it's whether or not you have one and are willing to go to bat for it. He's got a lot of tough opponents with dissenting viewpoints who debate him in every facet of politics, but Ramfucious never wavers and always acts as though he's got the top hand. He's been known to fly off the handle every now and then, and whenever sparks fly on the GDB, he's typically in the middle of it. He's also a staunch Ram football fan, and can chat about the pigskin with the best of them. His football discussions are enjoyable, but his political meltdowns are hilarious.

22. Big Apple Ram--BAR first appeared last year and made the Honorable Mention list. He made quite a jump this year, becoming one of the most active posters on the board, particularly during football and basketball season. He was a finalist for our "Glass Half-Empty" Award this year, as his disgruntlement towards the football and basketball seasons translated into some pretty heated comments on the board throughout the year. He's a milder L.A. Rampage type, but is a little less brash and posts a lot more. But, we like his opinions and the passion that he defends them with. Plus, he has shown a humorous side to him that has had this voter cracking up on many occasions.

21. zjb58--Zjb took home the award for the top student poster for the second straight year, and accordingly has cracked the top 25 for the second year in a row. This senior-to-be landed himself in the Top 10 in his rookie year last season. He had some competition as a student this season, as posters like natediggsCSU, bcover11, and zozza were solid. But, zjb has an uncommon historical knowledge of CSU sports, and sports in general, combined with the ability to write, which puts him ahead of the rest. He's a very opinionated guy, and surprisingly has stood toe-to-toe with some of the website's heavyweights on various issues. Zjb58 and nateDiggsCSU's appearance in this year's Top 25, mark the first time that two students have landed in the Top 25 in the same year.

20. le alpe d huez--Believe it or not, there's actually been a grassroots campaign from some Ram fans to keep guys like "Alpo" out of the rankings. But, we cannot succumb to the masses…we're here to treat everyone fairly, and if you go by the criteria, le alpe has to be included. He arrived at the site in 2003 and quickly caught our eye, mostly because he was causing so much ruckus with the natives. He earned Honorable Mention status that year after proving he could stay within the terms of service and provide entertainment to the board. He cracked the Top 25 last year, coming in at No. 18, and was the runner-up "Best Non-Ram Poster". This San Diego State Aztec and CU Buff fan is often a whipping boy for the seasoned RamNationers…but he generally understands his place and takes the punishment without ever getting nasty in return. He's not much for substance, but he posts a heck of a lot, and the majority of his posts are funny. He did wear some Ram fans particularly thin this year, and because of that, he dropped a few notches in the standings…but we knew he couldn't bear to be without his Ram horns icon for another year, so he's in.

19. 80sramfan--80s has somewhat of a small cult following on RamNation, but also has many fellow Ram fans who dislike his style and negativity. Personally, this voter finds himself disagreeing with a lot of 80s' posts and opinions, and we've suffered through many headaches for various reasons because of 80s. But when it comes down to it, he's a solid contributor to the board. Whether you like him or not, you feel compelled to read his posts. It's like a car wreck…you just can't help but look as you drive by. He is known for his crafty newspaper-style subject lines and his slight stretching of the truth. But, there's nobody who can create a controversial thread or heated topic like 80s can…and nobody who can get RamNation in the news quite like him either. For those of you who were around two years ago, you might remember the "Postergate" incident. This is his second appearance in the Top 25 and first appearance since slipping out last year due to the aforementioned incident and subsequent probation.

18. Montana Ram--The former AZRam changed locales this year, and thus changed his RamNation handle. Since the move, he seems to have posted more than ever, and this sarcastic poster who topped out at No. 39 last year and No. 29 the year before has finally vaulted into the Top 25 this year. We like his takes, we like the timing of his humor and we like his regularity on the site, constantly involved in daily conversations. He's not a flashy guy, but a blue-collar poster who has worked his way towards the top.

17. CSU RAMbunctious--For the first time since 2002, 'Bunctious cracks the Top 25. This is his best-ever finish, edging his No. 25 spot in 2002. He finished No. 51 last year, No. 35 in 2003, and No. 33 in 2001. It's hard not to reward this loyal visitor, who put in quite a bit more effort this year to post with more frequency. On many days, it seems he types too fast for his brain to catch up, as half the time you scratch your head after reading one of his posts. But, his knowledge and close following of basketball, as well as his relationships with football players gives him a unique perspective and ability to contribute to related conversations. He also follows recruiting, and contributes to the General Message Board, and is one of the few who regularly likes to discuss women's volleyball and basketball. This charter member RamNationer has been regularly posting since the days of the CSU Ramblings site. His positive, eternal-optimist attitude is a breath of fresh air on the site, particularly in a year when there was so much negativity. He is a four-time winner of the "Glass Half Full" award.

16. RAM SMITH--It was a bit of a psychotic year for RAM SMITH. It was a year in which he did a lot of CU bashing, but then got easily angered when there was too much CU talk on the board. He also befriended Dale Layer at a CSU luncheon in Denver, then mercilessly called for his firing during the ugly 2004-05 men's basketball season...and then backed off Layer once again to show support. RAM SMITH would post dozens of times per day one month, and drop off the face of the earth the next. So, while it was a tough year to figure out RAM SMITH, it was too tough to leave him out of the Top 25. He's contributed significantly to the board, with excellent detailed football practice reports, solid basketball analyses, and other daily posts. He also has the ability to get creative and write more feature-style posts. The prime example was a recent post titled "Why I'm a Ram Fan", which summed up all the great things about CSU athletics. He's had several posts such as that one that have been in the running for Post of the Year over the past two years. This is his third Top 25 appearance in the last three years, finishing No. 25 in 2003 and No. 17 in 2004.

15. Tweeter--It was another grind-it-out year for Tweeter, who continues to produce top-notch recruiting tidbits and analysis, often breaking scoops on who has received scholarship offers or who has verbally committed where. His knowledge of the CSU depth chart, areas of need, and potential recruits that could fill those needs keep Ram fans tuning in with anticipation of every Tweeter post. He's maintained our football recruiting database for the past few years and if there is a player that CSU is looking at, Tweeter knows about him. Recruiting is always a hot topic with college football fans, and Tweeter is our resident expert who feeds Ram fans' craving for such info.

14. I'mYourHuckleberry--Quite possibly the most analytical poster in RamNation, I'mYourHuckleberry (formerly known as "Horn-E") cracks the Top 25 for the second straight year. This guy will break down anything, whether it's the two-deep football chart, weekly football matchups, or who will finish where in the RamNation rankings. He's a gifted, creative writer who while invoking good conversations, also entertains. He's also the kind of guy that when the board seems to be lagging, will come up with a solid topic to spark interest and keep people talking Ram sports. He's also one of the more humorous posters on the site.

13. Ramdom--Ramdom has been a pleasant surprise this year. Just an honorable mention during his first appearance in 2004, he has been a key contributor to the board, particularly during football season. Ramdom has uncanny insights, thought-provoking opinions, and excellent analyses of day-to-day issues with the football program. He's a no-nonsense poster who likes to specifically stay on sports topics. He's the kind of guy a board moderator loves, because when all hell is breaking loose with flame wars and off-topic garbage, Ramdom doesn't just say, "General Board"…he'll provide a topic that gets people back on track and talking sports again.

12. OC Ram--OC Ram is much like Ramdom, but is a bit more freewheeling and will engage in non-sports topics on occasion. But, it's his football insights and conversations that reel in the average fan. As a former player for CSU, he understands the game, and understands the dynamics of the football program. He has been somewhat in hibernation recently, but his best work is done during football season. His credibility makes him one of those posters that when you see his username on the board, you click his post. This is OC's third appearance in the Top 25, as he was No. 13 last year and No. 18 in 2002. (He also finished No. 32 in 2003.)

11. Doc--RamNation's resident pediatrician has flown under the radar in recent months, but one cannot forget his unfailing participation during the season and his semi-regular contributions throughout the rest of the year. He's a devoted fan that clearly cares deeply about the Rams, and enjoys discussing CSU athletics on a daily basis. He is particularly valuable in the winter because he's a devoted basketball fan too. He has been on the board since the beginning, and has been ranked all five years that we've officially released the rankings. He finished No. 4 last year, No. 11 in 2003, No. 8 in 2002 and No. 16 in 2001. He is without a doubt one of the most solid posters in RamNation's history.

10. TD Elvis--Winner of our Comeback Poster of the year in 2004, TD Elvis was Takin' Care of Business in 2005, leaping from last year's Honorable Mention ranking to the Top 25, based largely on his sarcastic, funny style of posting. If you want his funny side, check out the Athletics Board. If you want his serious side, take caution and venture to the General Discussion Board. He's opinionated, he's a bit pessimistic, and very edgy, but he's always a fun, entertaining read. The poster formerly known as Ram Slam was once ranked No. 13 back in 2002. He then went AWOL in 2003, only to return in 2004 with a strong performance to earn the Comeback Award.

9. RambleOn--A wealth of football talk and recruiting insight, RambleOn excels with meat-and-potatoes-style posting. He rarely engages in the frequent off-topic threads, and that's why when you see his name on the board, you want to read it, because you know he's got something good and insightful to say. His knowledge of CSU and college football in general are a valuable commodity on the message board. He has been a staple of the RamNation rankings, completing five straight years of being in the Top 20. He finished No. 20 in 2004, No. 13 in 2003, No. 10 in 2002, and No. 20 in 2001.

8. Newport Coast Ram--Newport Coast Ram may be climbing back to his old form, returning to the Top 25 after an uncharacteristic No. 35 ranking in 2004. Prior to that, he had been a RamNation powerhouse pulling in three consecutive top-10 finishes. His distinguished hate of "UCB" sometimes overshadows his opinions and conversations on other topics, but at the same time, that dislike for CU has also given him a distinct identity and posting style that fans have come to enjoy. He makes it a priority to ensure that no negative UCB-related news go unnoticed, and his mission is seemingly to argue with CU fans on a daily basis. He's also a valued poster during season, with solid sports-related takes.

7. JoninAZ--Jon cracks the Top 25 for the third time in his career. He finished No. 3 in 2002 and No. 5 in 2003, back when he used to post much more frequently. He fell out of the rankings last year when his posting frequency went way down. It improved slightly in 2004-05, but with Jon, it's less about frequency, and more about quality. Jon has won Post of the Year honors twice (2002 and 2003) in the four years we have given such an award, and been a finalist in the other two years. In fact, it was one of his posts, in 2002, that compelled us to create a category for Post of the Year. (Visit the 2002 Specialty Awards historical page to view the text of that post.). His 2002 winner showed his ability to write with a human touch, while his 2003 winner, "Bohemian Rhapsody" showed is comedic side. He is far and away the site's best writer.

6. Dubya Why Oh--Dubya entered shortly before last year's rankings came out. He made enough of an early impression to become a finalist for Most Hated Poster Award. That hasn't changed this year, as he also was a finalist this year as well. But, over the course of the year, Dubya actually endeared himself to some fans and proved that most of his trash talk is just in good fun. Besides that, he's extremely funny, often posting funny links or images in his messages. As a Wyoming fan, Dubya, of course, dislikes CSU, but he's semi-respectable to fellow board users. He's the Wyoming version of le alpe d huez, except he brings more to the table come football and basketball season. Occasional flames aside, Dubya is an outstanding, entertaining poster. He has said repeatedly, "just say no to goat horns"…but he better get used to them. He has just become the highest-ranked non-Ram fan in the history of the rankings, edging Buffsin2004's No. 11 ranking last year.

5. Stalwart Ram--The Hall of Famer refuses to go away, and lands him his fifth top-10 finish in the five years that we've been officially doing the rankings. Stalwart finished No. 8 last year, No. 4 in 2003, No. 1 in 2002, and No. 2 in 2001. As evidenced by his 2004 Hall induction, Stalwart is one the elite members of the site and continues to go strong. His attributes are sharp wit, intelligent comments, impeccable timing, and overall writing ability. He can be serious, he can be funny, and he's always atop his game when it comes to keeping Buff fans in check. If you recall, Stalwart was the first to coin the term "ucb" several years ago that most RamNationers now use when referencing the University of Colorado (at Boulder).

4. cuscks2--We were tempted to boot cuscks2 to No. 26 just to take away the Top 25 horn icon that he's been begging for for the past month. We were also ready to strip him of his horn icon after he dropped some "I've got the Ram Horn icon, where are yours?" smack to a fellow poster. The fact is, he's not a very good poster…but he bought me a margarita at the Rio a while back, and I promised him I'd put him in. Just kidding of course. Despite going through the grind of elementary school teaching, high school baseball and basketball coaching, and graduate school classes, cuscks2 has managed to post with regularity on the board. We like him because he knows what he's talking about, he is perceptive/intelligent when it comes to CSU football and basketball, and will argue his opinions passionately. It is his second straight appearance in the Top 25, as he finished No. 15 in 2004 and was a finalist for Rookie of the Year honors.

3. Rebel Yell/bunsbuggy--Along with the name change from bunsbuggy to Rebel Yell (and now back to bunsbuggy) came a bit of a personality change…Rebel became somewhat of a whiner over the past few months: "When are the rankings going to come out", "when is this supposed website change going to happen", "BVP for Heisman 03 better not win the Poster of the Year or I quit", "why can't we post off-topic posts on the main board?", "why did that picture showing camel toe get deleted?", "why is everyone bagging on me for liking Jewel's music?". In all seriousness though, Rebel Yell is one of the more enjoyable posters on the board. His humor is a welcome relief on slow days. His image links are enough to make you blow your Sprite out your nose and all over the keyboard. In fact, he's becoming known nationwide for his image-posting ability. One time when browsing a Utah fan board, we saw a Utah poster say, "I have to admit I snagged it off of Ramnation.com. That bunsbuggy dude has an endless stream of wacky pix.) His smack talk--towards rival fans and Ram fans alike--is funny and typically in good taste. As is the norm, Rebel Yell isn't the first guy you go to for in-depth sports talk, but if you want comedy, he's your guy. For the second straight year, he won the Funniest Poster award, and this ranking puts him in the Top 25 for the second straight year, as he placed No. 7 last year in his Rookie of the Year campaign.

2. BVP for Heisman 03--In some years, BVP's 2004-05 effort might have been good enough to take the top spot. But, even this pat-himself-on-the-backer feels there is a more qualified candidate out there. That's not taking anything away from BVP's efforts though. He's one of the most active participants on the site, and like most of the others on this Top 25 list has a lot of opinions and a unique way of conveying them. But, aside from his serious side, we enjoy him for entertainment value, such as when he posts his recounts of his fishing trip bouts with Bubba and his imaginary conversations with the Magic Conche. The imaginary conche has become somewhat of an icon on the website, taking on its own identity, with anti-conche fan clubs popping up all over RamNation. BVP4H03 had two finalists for Post of the Year in 2003, and was in the running this year as well, narrowly missing the cut as a finalist on a couple of posts.

BVP4H03 always his two cents to chip into a conversation, and he's the type of poster that when you see his name, you read his post. Even bunsbuggy/Rebel Yell, who threatened to leave the site if his rival BVP4H03 earned the top ranking this year, obviously gets lured into reading BVP's posts. Like him or hate him, he's brings a lot of conversation and traffic to the site. He has quickly become a powerhouse on RamNation, earning Rookie of the Year honors in 2003, and an overall No. 3 ranking (which is the highest ever for a rookie), and has now followed it up with back-to-back runner-up finishes. That being said…will he ever get over the top, or will he become RamNation's version of the Buffalo Bills?

And now for the No. 1 ranked poster of 2004-05…

1. Swoll Cracker--Swoll, formerly known as Go Duke, was indisputably the best poster of the year. What puts him atop the rest is his vast knowledge of football and basketball, as well as his grasp of humor and excellent ability to write. From his football practice reports to his basketball analyses and rants on the ineptitude of Ram basketball, Swoll has probably kept more Ram fans in the know of what's happening in Ram land than any other poster on the site.

Combine that knowledge with his wit and ability to keep sports what they should be--lighthearted, and he's an unstoppable poster. He ingeniously campaigned to promote bombshell Salma Hayek as a next men's basketball coaching candidate, as a way of dance around the website's terms of service in order to continue posting sexy pictures of her. He wrote many classic Tommy Bahama Silk vs. Cheesy Poly parodies as a way of predicting who would win each men's basketball game this year, and one of them took third place in this year's Post of the Year. And, he's good at one-liners too. To summarize, Go Duke/Swoll Cracker is the best around.

Since coming aboard in 2003, Dukie is cementing himself as one of the best posters in RamNation history. He took third last year and sixth in 2003--a year in which he was a finalist for Rookie of the Year. He's also had consideration for Post of the Year honors in each of the last two years. I don't know how you could miss him, but if the username "Swoll Cracker" doesn't already trigger you as a "must-read" poster…start reading him now.

Congratulations Duke/Cracker! Now, we just hope that the No. 1 jinx doesn't hit you in 2005-06.

Near Misses

26. Three RAM Night--Question is, will he quit due to missing out on the Top 25 for yet another year? Let the wagers begin. His crabby behavior after last year's rankings were released may have soured voters enough this year to cost him fractions of points in the final voting process. In all honesty, TRN very well could have been in the Top 25 this year. He was a regular contributor and established himself as one of the funniest posters of the year.

27. Young RAMC--One of this voter's favorite posters, Young RAMC has great comments, opinions, and insights, and soared in 2005 after being overlooked in 2004.

28. CSU Husker--Was certainly a top poster in 2005, and very closely considered for Top 25 status. Voters may have subconsciously kept him out of the elite 25 due to one ill-advised post that will forever be known simply as "The Montage".

29. Phi Slamma Ramma--PSR could easily have been in the Top 25 this year, after a solid performance and daily participation. He's establishing himself as a player to watch for next year.

30. Beat Boulder--Known largely for his "Before I see my son in Boulder, I'll see my son in Hell" tagline, this poster became one of this voter's favorites. He likely deserved a better ranking since he made such a strong effort in 2005, but it was a tough field this year. He was an Honorable Mention poster in 2003, but was not recognized in 2004. He really turned things around this year.

31. Peanuts the Bulldog--We really enjoyed Peanuts' effort this year, as he was one of the more frequent posters of the site, and offered up several inside scoops and unique insights.

32. BluH2OBaboonFarm--A smart poster who specializes in both football and basketball and posts with great frequency.

33. Camdog--Another poster who received serious consideration for Top 25 status. He increased his participation this year and cemented himself as one of the funniest posters in RamNation.

34. I Bleed Green--He has now finished in the Others Receiving Votes column each of the last three years. There were times during the year when it appeared he was destined for Top 25 status, but also long gaps between appearances on the board.

35. Ram Fan1--After a Top 65 ranking in 2003, he was not recognized at all in 2004. he came back very strong this year and was a regular participant during the season, and has been a staple of the General Discussion Board.

36. NYCram--Our favorite Wyoming hater continues to be solid, finishing in the Others Receiving Votes column for the third time in four years. This is by far his best finish. His obsessive dislike for Wyoming is both enviable and hilarious.

37. CSpringsRam--Quietly was a very consistent user with good comments and opinions, but didn't quit have the star power to get him over the top this year. He's now on the watch list for 2006.

38. Scooter Ram--He followed up his Top 25 performance from 2004 with another solid performance this year. He offered up many insights and inside scoops.

39. Dall Ram--Increased his posting frequency in 2005. It wasn't quite enough for Top 25 status, but still provided great entertainment.

40. Steamboat Ram--A skilled writer who has hard-hitting opinions and good sports intelligence. He's also a staple on the General Discussion Board and is a fun poster to read.

41. Buffs in 2005--BI05 has twice finished in the Top 25 over the last five years and has been named the best non-Ram poster four times. But it was a ho-hum year this year for BI05, with not quite enough to make him stand out from the rest. Still one of the best non-Ram posters you'll ever find on the site.

42. Shiner a Bock--Quality poster who could be found on the site on most days partaking in a wide variety of topics.

43. Ram Sack--Great links finder and basketball fan who regularly helps find CSU football and basketball prospects by scouring the Internet.

44. CSU Prof--Much more active during the season, CSU Prof is a respected poster.

45. Fort Freak Geek--Another quality poster who posts in spurts. He's a numbers guru who can post some interesting stats and conversation.

46. Kit Karson #31--Big life changes prevented more regular posting this year, but he's always a must-read when he's on the board. Question is, will he become Kit Karson #47 now?

47. Sanfranramfan--He may be a Negative Nancy, but we like his passion and dissenting opinions. Besides, he was one of the few Ram fans to predict how futile the 2004-05 men's basketball season truly would be. He was right on in his prediction, and didn't receive many props for being correct.

48. Rugby Chuck--This year's winner of the Post of the Year doesn't post often, but when he does post, they are priceless.

49. Ram_Buck--Had quite a drop in frequency this year, but had solid moments.

50. JoeyBtherealAD--Last year's No. 1 trimmed his posting frequency by about 80 percent this year.

Top Dropouts from 2004

No. 25: JediRam/ScooterRam--He had a solid year, but as a result of an improved field, he slipped a bit in the rankings to No. 38. He's still one of the most respected and widely read posters due to his insights and scoops.

No. 24: Fort Freak Geek--Geek had another solid year, but it was a bit bland without a whole lot of pizzazz for voters to remember him by. No. 45 is no slouch for 2005.

No. 22: aggieram76--Suffered a significant drop in the rankings after landing in the Top 25 for the first time last year. He had great moments this year, but lack of frequency caused him to free fall to No. 65.

No. 21 Mountain Ram--Like aggieram76, Mountain Ram suffered from a spell of lesser posting frequency, especially in recent months, which made it hard for voters to vote him highly. He dropped all the way to the Honorable Mention list.

No. 14 BlueH20BaboonFarm--Typically one of the site's best posters, he's been relatively quiet lately. Still a solid poster, but the rankings are becoming more and more competitive each year. It seems he may have taken his two consecutive top-20 finishes for granted, and fell to No. 32.

No. 12 Ram-a-lamb-a-ding-dong--Ding Dong suffered one of the biggest drops in RamNation rankings history, falling from No. 12 out of the rankings entirely. He's been absent from the site for an extended period, and during the times he was able to post, didn't have quite the same fervor as he did in his banner 2003-04 year.

No. 9 CSU Prof--This was a tough one for the voting board, as CSU Prof is a solid poster, particularly during football and basketball seasons. But, he spoiled us in previous years by posting on a near-daily basis and in this day and age of tough competition, you have to post year-round with a fair amount of regularity. He dropped to No. 44

No. 5 CAMotion--Like Ram-a-lamb-a-ding-dong, CAMotion suffered quite a significant drop, mainly due to lack of posting. He was a very vocal poster in 2004-05 with dissenting opinions that created great discussions, but he has been largely absent this year, and thus dropped to Honorable Mention.

No. 1 JoeyBtherealAD--Possibly suffering from the No. 1 curse that has struck several previous top-ranked posters, JoeyBtherealAD fell from grace in 2004-05. Having a baby certainly will cut into your posting time, and that appears to be the case with JBAD. He's still a guy that when he does post, stirs up conversation and sometimes controversy as he spews his opinions. JoeyB came in at No. 50 this year.

Conclusion

Congratulations to all of you who found your name on this page. You are the cream of the crop. We have thousands of visitors, yet you have managed to stand out from the rest. We reiterate that inevitably, we forget a few regular posters each year, who probably should have been recognized in some capacity. We apologize…but to ensure this doesn't happen to you again, post more often and make a bigger impression next year!

In all seriousness, thanks to everyone for being a part of this website and for making this community so fun.
